Services

We offer hand crafted items. Please keep in mind that size, color and quality may differ slightly for every item. We try to keep the highest quality standard but there is still a margin of error.

Ordering

To be served we need you to provide us with your full name, email address and physical address at checkout. This information is stored on our servers only until the order is fulfilled and then 60 days after the order was shipped. This is so we can update the shipping information or if for whatever reason we need to contact you.

Payment

We currently accept payment via Paypal. Paypal is very safe payment gateway, you can pay either with your Paypal wallet or credit card.  We do not store any of this information on our servers. To read more about the service please visit their website: https://www.paypal.com/

For Czech customers we also offer cash on delivery (only for registered shipping).

Shipping

We ship worldwide with Czech Post. Cheaper unregistered (without tracking) or registered (with tracking number). You can choose your method at the checkout.

Return

Each item is crafted to order. We do not offer refunds for items that do not fit (you ordered 45 cm and received 45 cm bandana for example). Please make sure you measure correctly. We also do not refund items that were sent unregistered or sent to wrong address/wrong name.

We will refund you in these cases:

  • You were sent the wrong item or different size then specified (you ordered 45 cm and received 35 cm bandana for example)
  • Registered item got lost
  • Your item arrived damaged
  • Your item broke in first 30 days (zipper doesn’t function, seam broke, …)

In these cases you can keep the item.

Warranty

We offer 30 day warranty for all hand crafted items. Warranty starts when you receive your item.

What the warranty covers under normal usage:

  • Broken seams
  • Broken zippers
  • Damaged fabric (dirty spots, holes, …)

What the warranty doesn’t cover:

  • Damage caused by every day use
  • Damaged caused by non proportional usage
